Materials Science and Engineering Professor Qian Chen has recently received a Defense University Research Instrumentation Program (DURIP) Award. This highly competitive award augments research capabilities at universities conducting cutting-edge research of interest to the Department of Defense, through the procurement of state-of-the-art equipment.
Qian Chen has received the DURIP award for a Nanoscopic Imaging and Analysis Platform.
