Senior Design Projects
Senior Design Projects
Senior design projects are an important part of our undergraduate curriculum. They provide students with opportunities to exercise their knowledge in MatSE and creativity to develop materials-based solutions to complex problems. Working as a team, students gain valuable experiences that can help them in their future careers.
With increasing class size, especially in recent years, we’re in much need of new projects and team advisors for MSE 395: Materials Design. Please consider proposing a project and advising a team of about 4 undergraduate students during the spring semester. Your contribution of a project that has direct relevance to your company/institution’s needs can provide students with materials design experiences that have potential for real-world impact. Advising a group of students may also be an excellent recruiting opportunity for your company.
