In memory of Ivan Racheff, a distinguished alumnus of the University of Illinois, the Racheff-Intel award was given out to four MatSE students today for excellent graduate research in any sub-field.
Racheff-Intel Awards were given to:

Yu-Tsun Shao
Hyejin Jang
Jungwoo Shin
The award consists of a plaque and up to $1,000 financial support to attend a conference at which the student will present the relevant research. Congratulations to our amazing students!
